My apologies to have kept you waiting for so long on this review, but I just wanted to make sure to have tried out these Corine De Farme products for some time before actually writing about them. Plus I wanted to write about the complete set at once.
I’ll also be honest, I’m not a beauty expert. I don’t have tons of experiences with other products to compare with. So let’s just agree that I’ll tell you about my personal experience about each product.
1. Gentle Hand & Nail cream
Without further ado, let’s start off with one of the items I really enjoyed using. The Gentle Hand & Nail cream. I do my nails quite often and all those products and UV light while curing is really bad for my hands and nails. It makes them rather dry and no matter how you look at it, it’s actually very bad for the skin. What we do to have pretty nails… But with this product I’m keeping the damage to a minimum.
I’ve been using it for about six weeks now and they feel well moisturized and soft. It became part of my manicure and I’ll (try to) keep using it on a daily base. Because remember, hands always betray your real age. ;-)
2. Splendid Anti-ageing serum
The second product looks quite fancy but I had a *I don’t need this* expression when reading the package. At least not right away. It’s a Splendid Anti-ageing serum. I tried it out for about 2 weeks and I didn’t get any wrinkles. So huray it’s definitely not bad! ^^
I do have sensitive skin around me eyes which can get very dry. Using this helped me with that. But for the price of €11.99 for 30ml, I wouldn’t buy it again. I think you can find very good alternatives which are less expensive.
Oh yes, it’s also not clumsy proof. The first time I wanted to take some product and pushed, more than half landed on the floor. But I strongly feel like that’s my own fault. ;-)
3.Ultra Nourishing Care
Next up is the Ultra Nourishing Care for a dry to very dry skin. Because I don’t really have a dry skin, I didn’t know what to do with it at first. But if there is one place that can look and feel like parched ground (little bursts included), it’s my legs. Definitely at the end of the summer. And winter. And now that I think about, everything in between.
So for about two times a week for the last six weeks, I’ve used it to moisturize my legs. And with success! As soft as a baby bum!
4. Purity Micellar Water
This one is also one of my favorites. Purity Micellar Water for a dry or sensitive skin. It’s actually cleaning water/make-up remover.
Normally I use the Gentle Milk Cleanser of Avène, but this product of Corine de Farme is so much better for my skin. As mentioned before, I have quite a sensitive skin, and using this doesn’t cause any irritation or redness. Plus it also makes my skin feel like it’s absolutely perfect.
I’ve used it for removing lipstick, BB-cream and eye make-up. And it does miracles! For my eyes I do still prefer my regular Bi-Facil remover of Lancôme.
For a big bottle (500ml) of Purity Micellar Water, you pay about €7 euro. A very reasonable price if you ask me. You really don’t need much to let it do what it does. It’s going on my -have to buy again- list for sure.
5. Honey & Milk fragrance Foot Salts
Last up is this big and heavy jar filled with Honey & Milk fragrance Foot Salts. Big fan! My feet are taking me to so many places and I’m wearing more heels than usually lately. Result, sensitive feet. On those moments, putting them in water with this Foot salts feels like heaven!
Some of these products turned out to be real keepers and others are not really for me. I also appreciate that a lot of these products are natural. Again a good reason to keep buying me favorites!
